Mary Lee Bartlett is a community volunteer. In addition to serving on the EDCT Board, she is currently serving as President of the Patricia Hart Society of the United Way of Williamson County, which is an organization dedicated to improving lives in Williamson County by raising awareness, fundraising and volunteerism. She is also currently on the Boards of the Maryland Farms YMCA, St. Luke's Community House and Monroe Harding Children's Home. She tutors children once a week at Cockrill Bend Elementary School.
Mary Lee is also a past president of the Junior League of Nashville, a volunteer organization with over 1,900 members whose main focus is to improve our community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. She has also served as President of the Boards of Friends of Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, the Nashville Humane Association, First Presbyterian Women's Group, and Kappa Alpha Theta Alumnae. She is a member of the Leadership Nashville Class of 2004-05 and was honored to be one of the 2007 recipients of the YWCA's Academy for Women of Achievement Award. Mary Lee and her husband, Steve, are the parents of two daughters, Ansley and Wrenne, who attend Brentwood Academy.
