Fashion for EveryBODY looking for ROLE Models

(Nashville - June 29, 2009) - Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee (EDCT) has rocked the fashion scene in Nashville the last 5 years with Fashion for EveryBODY, a pioneering, upbeat fashion event that showcases the beauty and style of models in various shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. It is a unique and uplifting event that is truly for EveryBODY. To take it a step further, EDCT is relying on you to choose this year’s “ROLE Models.”

This year’s Fashion for EveryBODY ROLE models will be chosen from those who are nominated by the community. You can nominate a celebrity, VIP, friend, family member or even yourself. To nominate someone, visit www.fashionforeverybody.org. Previous fashion show models have included recording artists Sara Evans, Jamie O’Neal, Deanna Carter, Jennifer Hanson, Caitlin Lynn, Will Snyder of Caitlin & Will, as well as Aaron Benward and Scott Reeves of Blue County, stylist to the stars Debbie Dover and media personalities Brad Schmitt (entertainment/celebrity reporter for News Channel 2), Cathi Aycock (The Tennessean’s Shopping Diva), Becca Walls (WKDF 107), Trish Vogel (Mix 92.9), Rusty Terry (The Tennessean’s society editor) and Tuwanda Coleman (anchor and producer of Talk Of The Town). Nominations are being accepted through July 15, 2009.  Each ROLE model will walk the runway in a New York style fashion show featuring the best in fall trends from Nashville’s fashion- forward retailers. Nominees can be male or female, 21 years of age and older, and someone who celebrates his or her uniqueness, in their size, shape, background, personality or all the above. All they need is sheer fabulousness shining from the inside out!

The event will be hosted by recording artists Emily West and Dean Brody and will take place Saturday, September 26 at 7 PM at the Commodore Ballroom located at 310 25th Avenue South, Nashville, Tenn.  Tickets go on sale July 1 and will be available through Tickets Nashville.  For more information visit www.fashionforeverybody.org or call 615.831.9838.
