3rd & Lindsley Hosts Songwriters Benefit for the Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee
July 2, 2008 (Nashville)---Sarah Buxton, Rivers Rutherford, Dave Berg, Lari White, and Pat Buchanan entertained over 200 people during a soulful Songwriters in the Round at 3rd & Lindsley on Monday, June 30th to benefit the Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee (EDCT).
“It was a magical night of music and positive energy toward a very important and often overlooked cause. I'm happy to help the EDCT any way that I can,” said Buxton, who is also a spokesperson for the organization and shared her story of suffering with an eating disorder with the crowd.
Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee is a resource for individuals, families, and communities on eating disorders, with the hope that education will prevent the development of eating disorders and provide those who are impacted by disordered eating with support, information, and assistance in finding effective treatment.
