Deana Carter to Host 2007 Fashion for EveryBody
(Nashville—June 20, 2007)—Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee (EDCT) rocked the Nashville fashion scene last year with their innovative, upbeat fashion show and concert at the legendary Country Music Hall of Fame raising $45,000 for the charity. This year, the organization has no plans to slow down. With a new album, The Story of My Life, to be released five days prior to the event, host Deana Carter will perform live and is looking forward to making some noise in Nashville.
We are thrilled to have Deana Carter host the event this year, says Shelli Yoder, Executive Director of the EDCT. “As an artist, her spirit—her boldness, her independence, and her strong sense of self are qualities that are very much in line with our organization.”
The event, emceed by Anastasia Brown of Nashville Star, will take place Sunday, October 14 from 6-9 pm at the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum. Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster. For more information visit www.fashionforeverybody.org or call 615.831.9838.
The Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee is a resource for individuals, families, and communities on eating disorders, with the hope that education will prevent the development of eating disorders and provide those who are impacted by disordered eating with support, information, and assistance in finding effective treatment.
