Kathleen Yabroudy, President
Kathleen joined the Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee as executive director in April 2013 after three and a half years at Ernst & Young in McLean, Virginia. She worked as both staff and senior auditor, managing the day-to-day operations of two SEC audit engagements. Kathleen was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee where she was actively involved with the youth program at First Presbyterian Church as well as class leadership and athletics at the Harpeth Hall School.
Kathleen loves working for the EDCT, as the organization has had a significant impact on her family through the recovery of her own eating disorder as well as her sister's.
She previously attended Washington and Lee University where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Subsequently, she earned a Masters of Accounting at the University of Virginia.
Outside of work, Kathleen is a board member of the Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center (VICC) Ambassadors, a group that raises money to fund innovative, ground-breaking cancer research. She also enjoys participating on the W&L Nashville Alumni Chapter board.
